is a non-profit investigation centre. It develops investigation, intervention based on investigation, and scientific education on psychology, being its main areas social and organizational psychology. Founded in 1989, the centre is recognized by the Foundation for Science and Technology as an Investigation and Development Unit, and has a status of associated Scientific Research Unit of the University Institute of Lisbon (ISCTE-IUL), also having close connections to the Department of Social and Organizations Psychology from ISCTE-IUL.
